I met Ross by accident in 2003. I called a number on a listing, just looking for someone to let me in. Ross showed up and, after chatting for 5 minutes about my needs, told me that I wouldn't like the unit. I asked him why he wouldnt at least try to sell me the unit. After all, he was the selling agent. He told me that wasn't his style.
